Shipping costs are an estimate based on weight and dimensions provided by the manufacturers. Oversized parts such as ATV fenders, snowmobile hoods, and UTV body parts may be subject to freight shipping charges. If additional freight charges apply after an order is placed, you will be contacted by our support team to discuss shipping options. Any order required to ship freight will be placed on hold. We will make two attempts to contact you regarding any additional freight costs. If no response is received after the second contact attempt, the order will be canceled.
Making a Purchase
Our goal is to make your purchasing experience effortless and enjoyable. Simply browse any of our “SHOP” catalogs, click on the items you are interested in, and then click “ADD TO CART”. You can add as many different items as you want to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selections, click on "ITEMS" next to the shopping cart logo at the top of the screen. You can then modify your cart or proceed to checkout. When finished, click ”PAY SECURELY NOW” within the shopping cart where you will then be asked a few important details to finalize your order!
We accept payments with and all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Canceling Your Order
Orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Any cancellations are subject up to a 25% restocking fee. We will work with you as best as possible to figure out the best solution.
Once an order is placed, it is processed promptly by our ordering coordinators. Delivery times upon checkout are not exact and used as an estimate for delivery. Backorders, weather delays, and other forces of nature may have an influence on delivery times. For “customer pickup” orders, you will be notified when your order is ready for pickup at our Grand Rapids, MI facility.
ORDERING OWNER MANUALS & APPAREL
OEM owner manuals, service manuals, and OEM clothing lines can sometimes take additional shipping time. These items are always specially ordered, so delivery time may be delayed on your order as a whole. We will continue to work as fast as possible to get everything out in a timely manner.
If an item from your order is not in stock or readily available from the manufacturer, we will place it on backorder. For any back ordered items, we will contact you through email letting you know expected release dates and shipment options. You will then have the option to cancel the back ordered item(s) or wait until it becomes available. Backorder cancellations are an option for most parts. Any parts that have been received at PartsPitStop, but are requested to be canceled off your order are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Credit Card Security
When an order is placed, all credit card numbers are encrypted using 128-bit encryption technology. They are only decrypted after they reach our service center. They are not held in clear text on any website and not viewable by anyone. We do not store credit card information from internet transactions in any database and have experience no documented cases of credit card fraud using our secure shopping system.
All batteries are shipped dry without acid. We are unable to ship lithium ion batteries currently.
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Electrical items, decals, emblems, stickers, and clearance-priced products are not returnable. All return forms must be filled out within 15 days and the return received at our location within 28 days of delivery. Any return received without original packaging, part number or any writing on the box will be refused and returned to the customer. PartsPitStop is not responsible for return shipping fees.
BRP has a $75 cylinder core charge, $200 crankshaft core charge, and $750 short block core charge. Any order with a core charge will be placed on hold. We will make two attempts to contact you regarding any additional costs. If no response is received after the second contact attempt, the order will be canceled.
