Cost for shipping is shown during the checkout process before you finalize your order. Shipping methods may be altered by Parts Pit Stop shipping experts at the time of shipment. This provides the best and fastest method of shipping depending on the time/day your order is leaving. Please note: Items such as ATV fenders, body panels, storage boxes, UTV windshields, and other large, bulky items are subject to a freight delivery charge. You may be contacted for additional shipping fees if items are too large to ship by UPS or USPS. If you are ordering an item you think may be too large or heavy for traditional shipping methods, please contact our Support Team for a very affordable freight shipping quote.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET MY ORDER?
As much as we wish every item could be in stock, some parts requiretransfer from manufacturer warehouses. If we have all items in stock for your order, it will ship within 1 business day of order placement. If part(s) require manufacturer ordering, it can take up to four (4) business days for this order to ship. Once your order is complete, it will be shipped, and you will receive an email with the tracking information. Delivery time after departure is 1-4 business days in the U.S. depending on your location from Michigan.
International orders range from 10-15 business days (USPS) depending on the speed of customs. All customs charges, duties, and taxes are to be paid for by the purchaser.
I WAS JUST NOTIFIED THAT A PART I ORDERED CANNOT BE SHIPPED FOR THE PRICE I WAS CHARGED. WHAT NOW?
All website shipping rates are configured from manufacturer input of weights and dimensions. If these inputs are not exact, shipping charges may be incorrect. At this point, we weigh & measure the items at the time of shipment to determine the best shipping method possible. If there is an issue with your order, you will be notified as soon as possible with options to move forward with your shipment. Refer to the freight shipping directions below for more details.
Shipping costs are an estimate based on weight and dimensions provided by the manufacturers. Oversized parts such as ATV fenders, snowmobile hoods, and UTV body parts may be subject to freight shipping charges. If additional freight charges apply after an order is placed, you will be contacted by our support team to discuss shipping options. Any order required to ship freight will be placed on hold. We will make two attempts to contact you regarding any additional freight costs. If no response is received after the second contact attempt, the order will be cancelled. I JUST RECEIVED A PART THAT WAS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING, WHAT DO I DO?
Please use the return claim form on the Return Form page and provide information as accurately as possible, (including pictures illustrating the damage) and submit the form to our Support Team. Please allow 24-36 business hours for replies concerning shipping damage as we answer all inquiries in the order they are received.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Many parts can be shipped internationally, and we offer a country list during our checkout process. If you have any questions about shipping to your country, feel free to contact our Support Team for information.
Our default international shipping method is through United States Postal Service (USPS) as they offer the most affordable methods of customs and delivery charges. If a certain product or brand cannot ship to your location, you will be contacted via email from our support team.
