RETURN PROCESS
All Parts Pit Stop general returns, warranty returns, and
core returns are filed using the form located below. Please
allow 24-36 business hours for your return information to be analyzed and
processed. Once this form is submitted and analysis is complete, you will
receive a confirmation email with a return authorization, (RA #), and detailed instructions.
* All general returns/warranty returns must be filed within 15 days of receiving part(s)
* Any return requests after 15 day delivery time period are subject to a return refusal.
* Warranty returns should be filed immediately after noticing damage or imperfections in order to assure manufacturer assistance.
Core returns (cylinder, crankshaft, short block) are the responsibility of the customer. Parts Pit Stop does not provide return labels or reimburse ship costs for core returns. Once the core item is returned, the refund value is directly related to what the manufacturer refunds.
Most core charges require the exact fee from manufacturer, but the value is refunded in full once sent back to us, and then to the manufacturer. Refund amount is directly related to the amount refunded by the manufacturer. Core refunds often take 4-6 weeks to finalize.
